Pilot is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Pilot offers an incredible opportunity for a SDR to learn, develop and join our fast-growing company and culture. 

You will be responsible for creating an amazing first impression to the prospects of our clients while using your awesomeness to build interest and create qualified opportunities for our client’s sales teams. You will work closely with your clients, the research team and management to ensure ongoing campaign optimization and ROI for our clients.

What we are looking for:

- Outgoing personality with cat like agility
- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Strong written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Have a passion for technology, and educating prospects on a variety of solutions
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with hustle and persistence
- Ability to work in one of our offices
- Experience with tools like (salesloft, outreach, hubspot, salesforce)
- Leadership experience a plus.

Lead Research forms the foundation for all Pilot campaigns. As Entry Level Lead Researcher you will be trained on a variety of processes, skills and tools to effectively perform your role. Once training is completed, you will be responsible for identifying amazing prospects for our clients and their campaigns. You will use your experience, the specifications of the client and a suite of tools to identify, validate and enrich prospect data.

Lead researchers work closely with their clients, SDRs and management to find new opportunities to improve campaigns and overall ROI for Pilot clients.

What we are looking for:

- Get it done mentality and a positive attitude
- Ability learn quickly and apply new skills to your day-to-day tasks
- Love for technology and online research
- Ability to work in one of our 3 offices, 5 days a week
- Team player that is willing to learn new skills and processes
- Proficiency in EnglishForward thinking always looking for ways to improve service provided to our clients
